I would highly recommend both the day care and boarding services. I feel very comfortable leaving my dog Megan in the care of Jeannie. Jeannie is very accommodating and helpful and Megan is always happy to stay with her. When Megan returns home she has clearly enjoyed her time there and has always been well exercised. This gives me peace of mind that Megan is in safe and friendly hands.

My husband and myself have been using 5 Star Pet Services for boarding and day care since 2014 with our last Boxer dog who absolutely loved going to see Jeanie and all the other dogs! He was always excited when he knew he was going there!! We feel Jeannie helped us in turning him into the well behaved and happy dog he was with regular boarding and day care. We now have a 5month old Boxer boy who had his first induction at about 17weeks. We were very keen to get him booked in as soon as he settled etc. 5 star Pet Services is an absolute necessity and life line for us not, only for having somewhere to leave the dog for holidays and work commitments but for the social side of training also. We feel happy and at ease when ever we leave our pup with Jeannie and know he’s well cared for and happy. We also get to see ”pupdates” on the Facebook page whilst we are away which is brilliant! My family and I joke that our labradoodle Morgan is going to 'puppy summer camp' when we leave him at Jeannie's - he always has such a good time, and races from the car to her door, tail wagging furiously, whenever we drop him off. He always returns bright-eyed and happy. And really, the fact that he loves it so much is the very best sign of the quality of care he receives. Jeannie is someone who not only loves dogs, she really understands what makes them tick. I am constantly amazed at how happy her "pack" is, even though there may be different dogs each day. She cares for her visitors as if they were her own, and I have absolutely no worries, even when we go away for a long holiday. The environment at 5-star is like a home, not a kennel; the dogs mingle and hang out together, and go for fun outings and walks every day. I highly recommend 5-Star Pet Services, without any reservations.

I have been using 5 Star Pet Services for a while now and have myself recommended Jeannie to several friends of mine. Jeannie has looked after Ted several times now, he always looks forward to going to her be it for the day or a few nights if we're going to Scotland. The first time I used 5 Star Pet Services, I just couldn't believed how lucky I was to have stumbled across her on the Internet, Ted was dropped off in the morning with food and toys, came back a few days later and I had a tired out pooch. He was so tired from all the exercise and fun he'd been having I was amazed. The two walks a day had been so good for him. Also Jeannie was amazing when I was having my daughter. If you need a dog boarder as you don't want to put your dog in a kennel, like myself, I highly recommend that you use 5 Star Pet Services, where your dogs will always be in the comfort of a home and so well looked after at a decent price.

I would thoroughly recommend Jeannie to look after your pet, she has looked after my two dogs several times and I could not feel happier leaving them with her. They always come home tired from long walks and socialising with other dogs, I will continue using Jeannie for as long as she continues her business which I hope is a long time.

Jeannie and Five Star Pet Services are genuinely 5 star! We were one of Jeannie's first customers and she has looked after our pointer Biffy since he was a young puppy. He now feels like it is his second home, or holiday home, and loves going to see Jeannie and the other dogs. As soon as we drive down Jeannie's road Biffy knows where he is and starts barking and wagging his tail and is so excited to get to the door. We don't need to take Biffy to Jeannie's each week but we do because he loves it - it's like doggy playgroup for him! We also love Jeannie's dog advice and how she treats and trains them. We would never leave Biffy with anyone else now.

You were very welcoming when we dropped Chilli off for his induction with you. Chilli was tired when he came back so he clearly enjoyed himself with yourself and the other dogs in your care. Jeannie has been caring for Griffin, our giant schnauzer, since he was 14 weeks old. Griffin loves when we have to work long hours or go on holiday because it means he gets to spend fun time with Jeannie and her Star! I left my little dog in Jeannie's care while I went out of the country for a couple of weeks late last year. I have to say, she is extremely attentive to all the dogs in her care, and my dog had a blast running with all the other dogs through the woods, parks and countryside! The best thing for me is that all the dogs are kept indoors, i.e. no cages or sleeping outside. They are part of the home and treated as part of the family, which is very unlike your traditional dog boarding kennel. Thank you, Jeannie for taking great care of my "best friend" for me... I shall definitely be back next time I am away.

I wouldn't use anyone else to look after my Doberman indi. Jeannie is fantastic and even on short notice she manages to fit us in, even whilst on holiday and another dog sitter fell through she came to my rescue. Indi always comes back home very tired, happy and not wanting to leave Jeannie's side. A sure sign she is doing a brilliant job.

5 Star Pet Services offers a fantastic, flexible, reliable and friendly service. Jeannie is such a lovely lady, both with us but most importantly with our dogs. Jeannie helps us out on a regular basis, with both daycare and boarding, and I don't know what we would do without her. Both of my dogs drag me down her drive in the mornings with wagging tails to her door, so I know they have a brilliant time too. By the time they come home they are ready to curl up on their beds and sleep.

Jeannie has been an absolute God send to us. We thought we were hiring a dog walker but got much more than that! Jeannie has provided a fantastic service, not only being great with our hound, experienced, trustworthy and professional, but giving advice to us when we have had difficulties settling our new greyhound into life with us, looking out for his health and giving him plenty of cuddles to get him through the days while we are working. I felt comfortable giving Jeannie a key to our house as soon as I met her, which was one of my biggest concerns when searching for a dog walker. I wanted to secure a good doggy day care for my new puppy as I knew I would be working full time once I got my new pup. I contacted Jeannie at 5 Star Pets to see if she could offer the daycare I needed. From the beginning she was fabulous. Very experienced and always putting the interest of the dog first. She took my puppy 5 months old and become her second mum. Jeannie’s ability to provide stimulating, safe and comforting daycare really allowed my puppy to flourish and Jeannie also took on part of her training and development to help me and my dog. I can truly say that I never once worried about my dog in her care. She was diligent, hardworking and showed huge amounts of love, care and attention to all the dogs she looked after. I now have the most settled, well behaved and content dog and I truly believe that her time spent with Jeannie played a big part in the dog I have today. I cannot recommend Jeannie and 5 Star Pets enough for all she did for me and my cocker spaniel Cheese (Beatrice).
