And any subsequent bank holidays during these holidays these are charged differently & apply regardless of the length of stay.

If you have 3 or more dogs, or 4 or more cats/small animals please contact me to confirm prices. Also if you have multiple pets, please call to discuss prices, as these will vary.
Please note, charges apply as follows:
1 dog pick up
Between 7:00-9:00, free of charge.
Pick up between 12:30-14:00
charged at £8.50 extra.
Pick up between 16:00-17:30 charged at £17.00 extra.
2 dogs pick up
Between 7:00-9:00, free of charge.
Pick up between 12:00-13:30 charged at £13.50 extra.
Pick up 17:00-19:00 charged at £27.00 extra.
Please note: dogs being collected between 07:00-09:00 will not
be included on the morning walk. This is a free collection service only.
Deposit: A minimum 25% non-refundable deposit is required on bookings with a monetary value of £75.00 and above.
Dogs in season: Please note if your dog comes into season prior to boarding or attending daycare with 5 Star Pet Services you must notify us at once. 5 Star Pet Services cannot accept any female that is in season regardless of any previous booking made prior to the season commencing, the booking will be null & void. 5 Star Pet Services do not offer any refund whatsoever should your dog come into season prior to boarding or attending daycare unless the statutory cancellation notice has been given.
Should your dog come into season whilst staying with 5 Star Pet Services, we will do our best to notify you and/or will arrange for you or your nominated person to collect your dog immediately, if this isn’t possible, 5 Star Pet Services reserve the right to move your dog to a more fitting environment ie another pet sitter or a kennel any extra costs will be charged to yourselves. No refunds will be offered by 5 Star Pet Services at this time.

The above visits consist of: feeding, providing clean water, cleaning cages, hutches or litter trays (if necessary), play and TLC. (All fresh bedding, litter and food to be provided by owners). (If required I can also put out rubbish, collect post and switch off/on lights at no extra charge).
* 2 cats, rabbits/pets or more, must be from the same household.
On bookings 5 days or less:

The Sunday supplement charges are wavered but
you will be charged standard daycare or 1/2 daycare charges the £5 supplement for morning collection will be charged on all bookings regardless of duration.
NOTE: for Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve & New Year's Day – Please enquire for prices & collection times if required.
Their will be no lunchtime collections on the above days, morning collections will be later and afternoon collections will be earlier.
Collection service is available, within 3 miles of my home address: charged at 50p. If you live 3 miles outside my home address there is a charge of £1.00 per mile each way.
Feeding and caring for cats/small animals above mileage charges also apply.
I am now offering full day inductions/trials.
Drop off/Collect
Monday's, Tues, & Thursdays
08:50-16:00/16:30
Dependent on my Schedule on the day of the induction. We do not conduct inductions on Wed, Fridays at weekends or Bank Holidays.
Costs
£35.00 (for 1 dog).
Once an induction has been booked and paid for it is non-refundable or transferable should you cancel at any point.
If you cannot attend an induction for any reason, or simply changed your mind, even if you haven’t made payment, please notify me ASAP I have a number of people who require inductions.
Trial night
Upon completion of a successful induction if your dog(s) are boarding more than 1 night your dog will be required to complete a trial night, this will charged at the boarding rate for that night.
If you are only boarding your dog for 1 night this will be deemed as the trial night for future bookings.
Only once this is completed successfully will we confirm future bookings & any relevant deposits/monies due will need to be paid ASAP.
Payment: Inductions will be required to be paid for at the time of booking via bank transfer, they will not be confirmed until payment has been made.
Please note: I will need to be notified when payment has been made by text, email or FB messenger please.
Important: If a notification or payment is not received 3 days prior to the Induction taking place, the induction Will be deemed as cancelled/not taking place.
No cash on the day please.
